Danny Davis Pugh

Danny Davis Pugh, age 65, of 301 Rosemont Avenue SE, Concord died Monday, December 5, 2011 at Carolina Medical Center North East in Concord. The family will receive friends on Friday, December 9, 2011 from 1:00-2:00 pm at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Avenue, Asheboro, NC. Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 9, 2011 at 2:00 pm at the Pugh Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Bob Medford officiating. Burial will follow in Oaklawn Cemetery. Mr. Pugh was born on June 12, 1946 to Kenneth Hayes Pugh and Emily Davis Pugh. In addition to his parents, Danny was preceded in death by his son, Kevin Michael Pugh. Danny was a graduate of Randleman High School and a graduate of the NC State Agricultural Institute. He was retired from Boral Brick in Salisbury, NC. He is survived by his wife, Beverly Shaw Pugh; daughter, Kelly P. Hinebaugh and her husband Matt of Concord, NC; and grandchildren, Logan Hinebaugh and Ella Hinebaugh both of Concord, NC.
