Daniel Wayne Lovell

Daniel Wayne Lovell, age 72, of 151 King Rd., Ramseur died Thursday, May 3, 2012 at Randolph Hospital, Asheboro. Mr. Lovell was a native of Randolph County and was a retired manager with Hardee's. He was a loving father and grandpa who loved his family deeply. Mr. Lovell enjoyed sitting on his front porch talking with friends and neighbors. His favorite past time was listening to a variety of music, especially Celtic, classical and gospel. He was preceded in death by his wife, Eva Karen Lovell, two brothers and two sisters. He is survived by his sons, Daniel Wayne Lovell, Jr. of Asheboro, Edwin Sean Lovell and his wife Lorna of Asheboro; grandchildren, Matthew Lawrence Burke, Jeffrey Carl Lovell, Ashley Nicole Lovell, Joshua Christian Lovell; sister, Dixie Lovell Pritchard of Asheboro; and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Sunday, May 6, 2012 from 6 to 8 PM at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Avenue, Asheboro, NC. A graveside service will be held Monday, May 7, 2012 at 2:30 pm at Randolph Memorial Park, 4538 US Hwy 220 Bus. North, Asheboro with Pastor Kenneth Huggins officiating.
