Clyde Milford Cockman

Clyde Milford Cockman, age 69, of 3508 Mamie May Rd., Franklinville died Wednesday, May 19, 2010 at his home. Funeral services will be held Sunday, May 23, 2010 at 2:00 pm at Liberty Road Baptist Church with Rev. Don Ashley officiating. Burial will be in Giles Chapel United Methodist Church Cemetery. Mr. Cockman was a native of South Boston, VA and a former resident of Mooresville, NC. He was retired from PPMC of Harrisburg. Mr. Cockman was preceded in death by his parents, Clyde and Ethel Coble Cockman and is sister, Bonnie Brewer. He is survived by daughters: Tina Shipes and her husband, Rusty of Franklinville, Karen Cox and her husband Benny of Randleman; sons, Ricky Cockman and his wife Brenda of Ramseur, Jeff Cockman and his wife Sherry of Randleman; brother, J. B. "Duck" Cockman of Lexington; 10 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren. The family will receive friends Saturday, May 22, 2010 from 6:00 to 8:30 pm at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Avenue, Asheboro, NC.
