Climmie Jay Deese

Climmie Jay Deese, age 97, of 506 N. Bridge St., Linden, MI died Friday, December 5, 2008 at Argentine Care Center of Linden, MI.Mr. Deese was born June 5, 1911 in Anson County, NC, the son of William and Lula Mae (Springer) Deese. Mr. Deese retired from General Motors as a Drill Press Set-Up man. He was a life-long member of the Masonic Lodge and a member of Shawn Baptist Church in Burton, MI.He is survived by one son: Roby Deese and wife, Ramona of Linden, MI; 10 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Four children, 12 siblings and his parents preceded him in death.Funeral services will be held Tuesday, December 9, 2008 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Linden Chapel, Linden, MI with Pastor Raymond Cooke officiating. The family will receive friends from 1 pm until the time of service on Tuesday. A Masonic graveside service will be held Saturday, December 13, 2008 at 2:00 pm at Mt.
