Claude Allen Hunt

Claude Allen Hunt, Jr., age 66, of 4758 Tigers Den Rd., Randleman died Thursday, November 15, 2007 at Randolph Hospital, Asheboro. Mr. Hunt was born January 23, 1941 in Asheboro, NC. and was the former owner and operator of C.A. Hunt, Jr. Used Cars and Parts. Mr. Hunt is preceded in death by his parents, Claude and Ethel Hunt and sister Brenda Faye Hunt. The family wants to send a special thanks to Hospice of Randolph County. He is survived by his wife: Beulah Wilkerson Hunt; one daughter: Wanda Mae Pittman of Thomasville, and two sons: Roy Allen; Shorty Hunt and Christopher Lee Hunt both of Asheboro, two sisters: Wilma Lee Batten of Leland, NC and Sadie Mae Swaim of Mt. Pleasant, NC and one brother: Frankie Wayne Hunt of Randleman, two grandchildren, Jessica Nicole Pittman and Dakota Lee Pittman both of Thomasville, three step grandchildren, Tiffany Deane Martindale, Alicia Brooke Lawson and Billli Kristin Martindale all of Asheboro. The family will receive friends Saturday, November 17, 2007 from 6:00 - 8:00 PM at Pugh Funeral Home, 600 South Main Street, Randleman and other times at the home of his niece, Sonya Poindexter, 111 Rivers Bend Road., Randleman. The funeral will be held Sunday at 3:00 PM at Pugh Funeral Home Chapel, 600 South Main Street, Randleman, with Pastor Joe L. Farlow officiating.
