Claude "Butch" William McKinney

Claude William "Butch" McKinney, age 71, of Asheboro died Monday, January 25, 2016 at High Point Regional Hospital. Mr. McKinney was born in Siler City on March 24, 1944. Butch served his country in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War and was retired from Carolina Builders. He is survived by his wife, Tommy Ann McKinney; son, Ryan McKinney of Siler City; 4 grandchildren; brother, John McKinney of Asheboro; niece, Robin Marchand and husband David of Carriere, MS and his baby dog, Tee. The family will receive friends on Friday, January 29, 2016 from 1:00-1:45 pm at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Avenue, Asheboro. Funeral services will follow on Friday at 2:00 pm at the Pugh Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Barry Wall officiating and with military honors by the Randolph County Honor Guard.
