Christopher Darrell "Chris" Garner, age 46, of 468 US Hwy. 311 ext., Randleman died Monday, August 12, 2013 at his home. Chris was a native of Randolph County and was a self employed carpenter. He enjoyed hunting and fishing, just being outdoors. He is survived by his mother, Grace F. Gunter of the home; son: Ronald McCoy Garner of Winston-Salem, NC; sister: Crystal Smith and her husband Al of Elon, NC. The family will receive friends Wednesday, August 14, 2013 from 7 to 9 PM at Pugh Funeral Home, 600 South Main Street, Randleman, NC and other times at the home. The funeral service will be held Thursday, August 15, 2013 at 2:00 pm at Pugh Funeral Home Chapel, 600 South Main Street, Randleman with Rev. Scott Ferguson and Rev. John Hunsucker officiating.
