Cherrie Lynn Thompson, age 54, of Troy died Friday, January 19, 2018 at First Health Moore Regional Hospital, Pinehurst.

Mrs. Thompson was born June 4, 1963 in Montgomery County, the daughter of Robert Liles, and the late Sylvia Cole Turner.

She is survived by her husband: Archie Marvin Thompson; one son, Tyler Koch; father, Robert Liles and step mom, Cyndy Liles; 2 grandchildren, Ryli Gooch and Heidi Koch; stepson, A.J. Thompson; step brother, Jeremy Brewer, wife Heather, and son Josh; step daughter, Vivian Hill; step great grandchildren, Shannon, Brianna, Brian, and Ryan White;  nephew, Matt Cline and wife Megan; great nephews and niece, Kane, Devin, and Caylea Cline.

Mrs. Thompson was preceded in death by her mother, Sylvia Cole Turner, sister, Wanda Cline, and niece, Codie Cline.

The family will be having a Memorial Service on Saturday, January 27, 2018 with visitation to begin at 2:00 PM and a Memorial Service beginning at 3:00 PM, Troy Pentecostal Holiness Church, Bilhen Street, Troy, NC, with the Rev. Richard Lynthacum officiating.
