Charlie Leroy Wilson

Charlie Leroy Wilson, age 70, formerly of Sophia died Thursday, August 12, 2010 at his home. A graveside service will be held on Monday, August 16, 2010 at 11:00 AM at Randolph Memorial Park, 4538 US Hwy 220 Bus. North, Asheboro with Pastor Jonathan Shook officiating. Mr. Wilson was a native of Staley, NC and attended Bailey's Grove Baptist Church. He was retired from Burlington Industries and drove a cab in Randleman for many years. He is survived by his sons, Charlie L. Wilson, Jr. of Asheboro, NC, Terry Wilson and his wife Jolette of Randleman, NC; grandchildren, Kimberly Wilson, Terry Allen Wilson, Alyssia Dawn Wilson, Tiffany Wilson, Ryan Cole Wilson, Tiffany York,, Jamie Wilson; great grandchildren, Mason and Tyler; sisters, Lorene Holt, Josephine McPherson, Bobbie Pierce, and Illa Hunt all of Asheboro, NC; and brothers, Burnice Wilson and Tommy Wilson both of Asheboro, NC. The family will receive friends on Monday, August 16, 2010 from 9:30-10:30 AM at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Avenue, Asheboro, NC
