Charlie Anderson Morgan

Charlie Anderson Morgan, age 83, of 107 Morgan St., Randleman died Monday, March 9, 2009 at Randolph Hospital, Asheboro. Mr. Morgan was the son of Jesse Lee and Martha Ann (Nance) Morgan. Mr. Morgan was a native of Randolph County and Navy veteran of WWII. He was retired from Commonwealth Hosiery Mill and a member of Rock Hill Primitive Baptist Church. He is survived by one brother: Thomas "Howard" Morgan of Randleman, and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Wednesday, March 11, 2009 from 6:00-8:00 PM at Pugh Funeral Home, 600 South Main Street, Randleman, NC. The funeral will be held Thursday, March 12, 2009 at 11:00 AM at Rock Hill Primitive Baptist Church, 2437 Old Farmer Rd., Asheboro with Elder Ralph Gaines officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
