Charles Robert Davis

Charles Robert Davis, age 63, of North Wilkesboro died Saturday, January 12, 2013 at Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital, Greensboro. Mr. Davis was born September 16, 1949 the son of Clarence W. and Margaret Paisley Davis. Mr. Davis was a native of Randolph County and employed for over 30 years with Wilkes Telecommunication. He was a member of Millers Creek United Methodist Church in North Wilkesboro and was preceded in death by his wife, Regina Stone Davis. He is survived by two sons: Charles Brandon Davis and his wife, Kimberly and Ryan Michael Davis and his wife, Stephanie all of Asheboro; stepdaughter: Stephanie Braswell and her husband, Eddie of Conover, NC; 4 grandchildren: Aaron Davis, Jenna Davis and Chloe Davis all of Asheboro and Zachary Braswell of Conover, NC; parents, Clarence W. and Margaret P. Davis of Asheboro, three brothers: Lee Davis and his wife, Melinda of Raleigh, NC, Doug Davis and his wife, Colleen of Tampa, FLA., Steve Davis and his wife, Karen of Fuquay-Varina, NC. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, January 19, 2013 at 1:00 PM at West Bend United Methodist Church, 1080 Albemarle Road, Asheboro with Rev. Drew McIntyre officiating. The family will receive friends following the Memorial Service in the Fellowship Hall.
