Charles Belvin McNeill, Jr., age 46, of Wadesboro died Wednesday, August 5, 2015 at Carolinas Healthcare System, Anson, Wadesboro, NC. Charles was born June 6, 1969 at Washington, DC, the son of Charles Belvin and Linda Lovette McNeill who precede him in death. He was employed by Capels Inc. He is survived by his wife: Sandra Denise Parrish of the home; one daughter: Amber Michelle McNeill of Troy; two sisters: Sheryl McNeill of Atlanta, GA, Lisa McNeill of Troy; and one brother: James McNeill of Troy; stepdaughter, Tiffany Messer of Troy; 1 grandson and 3 step-grandchildren.
