Charles Raymond Lewis

Charles Raymond Lewis, age 74, of 881 NC Hwy 109N, Troy died Tuesday, May 14, 2013 at Carolinas Medical Center, Charlotte. Charles was born December 11, 1938 at McDowell County, NC, the son of James "Bud" and Virginia Gray Lewis. He was a retired employee with 39 years of service from High Point Sprinkler. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his daughter, Kris Lewis Davis and one brother, George Latham Lewis. He is survived by his wife of forty-nine years: Kaye Parsons Lewis of the home; four grandchildren: Terrion Brady, Zachary Davis, Carley Davis and Gunner Davis; three sisters: Louise Greswell of Troy, SC, Joan Young and husband, Richard of Franklin, NC, Lana Houck of Nebo, NC; one brother: Paul Houck of Nebo, NC. The family will receive friends Friday, May 17, 2013 from 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm at Pugh-Troy Funeral Home, 211 North Main Street, Troy; other times at the residence.
