Cathy Crisco Pugh

Cathy Crisco Pugh, age 57, Asheboro died Wednesday, March 2, 2016 at her home. Mrs. Pugh was born July 26, 1958 the daughter of Curtis Daniel and Louise Frye Crisco. Mrs. Pugh was a native of Randolph County and attended Seagrove School. She was formerly employed with Mr. Jeans and Fox Apparel. Cathy was preceded in death by her father, Curtis Daniel Crisco, Jr. and her son Travis Shawn Pugh. She is survived by her husband: Joe Pugh; daughter and her fiancé, Jennifer L. Pugh and Ronnie Faulker of Asheboro, NC; sons: Jody and Robbie Pugh both of the home; daughters: Misty Lanier Bullard and Kristy Lanier Barringer of Asheboro; grandchildren: Brittney and Katie Pugh, Autumn Duba and Sabrina Bullard, Nevaeh; mother and stepfather: Louise and Wendell Martindale of Seagrove, NC; sisters: Debra Stout of Asheboro, NC, Tammy Pugh of Asheboro, NC, Gayla Martindale of Bennett, NC; two brothers: Benny Crisco and Keith Martindale both of Seagrove, NC; half-sisters: Dani Carter, Cindy Dalzell and half-brother: Ronnie Crisco. The family will receive friends on Thursday, March 3, 2016 from 6:00-8:00 pm at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Avenue, Asheboro. The funeral will be Friday, March 4, 2016 at 2:00 pm in the Antioch Missionary Baptist Church, 148 Drum St., Asheboro with Rev. Jimmy Green officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
