Catherine Emogene Taylor Wyrick, age 58, of 4986 US Hwy 220 Bus. N, Randleman died Wednesday, March 26, 2008 at her home.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, March 29, 2008 at 2:00 PM at Tom's Creek Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery, Denton, NC with Rev. Tim Huffman and David Minor officiating.
Mrs. Wyrick was employed with Mountain Vista Health Park in Denton, NC for 12 years and retired from Randolph Hospital after 10 years of service on the Medical Pediatric Surgical floor. Mrs. Wyrick enjoyed working with the babies and children that came her way. She was preceded in death by her husband, Everett Dayle Wyrick, parents, Wiley Raymond and Maggie Taylor, step mother, Mary Ann Taylor, and three brothers, Jerry Wayne Taylor, Danny Taylor, and Gary Sidney Mills.
She is survived by her daughters, Traci Renea Perkins of Randleman, NC, Michelle Foland and her husband Rodney of Asheboro, NC, Crystal Brooks of Asheboro, NC son, Mike Perkins and his wife Frankie of Randleman, NC; grandchildren, Joshua Matthew Foland, Joshua Rodnie Foland and his wife Christina and their 2 children of Asheboro, NC; Rosalei Faith Foland of Asheboro, NC; Dustin Bobb of Randleman, NC; Angie Poindexter and her husband Jarrod of Randleman, NC; Brittany Foland of Asheboro, NC; and Justin Foland and his wife Savannah of Seagrove, NC; sisters, Debbie Carson of Daniels, WV, Loretta Williams of Randleman, NC, Pauline Mills of Akron, OH; brothers, David Taylor and his wife Angela of Liberty, NC, Dale Taylor and his wife Kathy of Amelia, VA, Ray Taylor and his wife Neva of Beckley, WV, Stephen Taylor and his wife Dawn of Beckley, WV, and Lee Taylor of Beckley, WV. Mrs. Wyrick also loved her extended family, Joanne Foland, Mary Saunders and Norman and Brenda Foland. Mrs. Wyrick had fifteen nieces and nephews, and eleven great nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, March 29, 2008 from 12:00-1:00 PM at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Avenue, Asheboro, NC and other times at her home.
