Catherine Marie Foster

Catherine Brown Foster, age 57, of Asheboro died Wednesday, March 4, 2015. Mrs. Foster was born January 3, 1958 in Asheboro to Hoyt and Bessie Brown. She was formerly employed with Goodyear of Asheboro. Mrs. Foster loved spending time with her children and grandchildren, being outdoors and fishing. Known to some of her friends as "Catbird" or "One Pocket", she was a social butterfly and never met a stranger. In addition, to her parents, Mrs. Foster was preceded in death by her brother, Donnie Brown. She is survived by her husband, George Foster; daughter, Brook Dezern and husband Shawn; son, Preston Foster; grandchildren, Jurney and Blaze Dezern; brothers: Phillip Brown and wife Judy, Tony Brown and wife Diane. A memorial service will be held Tuesday, March 10, 2015 at 4:30 PM at Pugh Funeral Home Chapel, 437 Sunset Avenue, Asheboro.
