Carolyn Jo Morton

Carolyn Jo Kesner Morton, age 77, of Asheboro died Monday, September 30, 2013 at her home. No services are planned. Mrs. Morton was born in Kline, WV on April 28, 1936 to Walter and Mary Elizabeth Lough Kesner, who preceded her in death. She was retired as a registered nurse with the State of Florida. Carolyn was preceded in death by her brother Walter Kesner. She is survived by her husband, Glenn W. Morton, daughters, Tamia Morton and Lisa Hege both of Asheboro; sons, Stefan Morton of Asheboro and Glenn Michael Morton of Aiken, SC; grandchildren, Thomas Hege, Benjamin Morton, Matthew Morton, and Michelle Morton; sisters, Betty Joy Howdyshell and Gae Baker both of Bridgewater, VA, and Fae Layman of Harrisonburg, VA.
