Carol Ann Nock Goldsmith

Carol Ann Nock Goldsmith, 78 of Charlotte, North Carolina passed away peacefully at Brighton Gardens Monday, December 25, 2023 (on Christmas Day her favorite day of the year).
 
Carol was born on June 26, 1945, in Niles, Ohio. She graduated McKinley High School 1963 and went on to obtain her bachelor’s degree in nursing from St. Elizabeth School of Nursing in 1966.
 
Carol will be remembered as being a very outgoing and generous person who was passionate about golf and bridge and who loved her English mastiff’s, John Wayne movies, chocolate buckeyes and who made a mean Yorkshire pudding! She was very loving and supportive to her family and friends, always attending special events and celebrations to honor and support those individuals who meant so much to her.
 
She is preceded in passing by her parents John Nock and Katherine Tenke and her beloved husband, Dr. Douglas Marshall Goldsmith. Left to cherish her memory are her family Douglas Marshall Goldsmith II (Michelle) of Hudson, Ohio, Nancy Osborn (Brad) of Falmouth, Maine, Ted Marshall Goldsmith (Colleen) of Charlotte, North Carolina; and grandsons Scott Osborn and Josh Goldsmith.
