Carleen Castevens Hubbard

Carleen Castevens Hubbard, age 87, of Asheboro died Wednesday, March 2, 2011 at the Blumenthal Jewish Home in Greensboro. The family will receive friends on Saturday, March 5, 2011 from 11:30 am -12:30 pm at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Avenue, Asheboro, NC. The funeral will follow on Saturday at 12:30 pm at the Pugh Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. David Spaulding officiating. Burial will be in Randolph Memorial Park. Mrs. Hubbard was a native of Winston-Salem and was retired from Asheboro City Schools. She was a member of Calvary United Methodist Church, where she was a member of the choir for over 40 years. Carleen was preceded in death by her husband Olan J. Hubbard. She is survived by her son, Gerald Hubbard and his wife Carolyn Hubbard of Asheboro; daughters, Kay Marshall and her husband Mike Marshall of Greensboro, Pam Coffey and her husband Ken Coffey of Bonneau Beach, SC; grandchildren, Adam Marshall and Andrew Marshall both of Greensboro, Holly Coble and her husband Jeremy Coble of Asheboro, Kerry Coffey of Summerville, SC, and Jennifer Coffey of North Charleston, SC; great grandchildren, Sara Coble and Sadie Coble both of Asheboro.
