Captain Cliff Morris, Jr.

Captain Cliff C. Morris, Jr. age 94, of Bethany Church Road, Franklinville died Saturday, November 30, 2013 at High Point Regional Hospital, High Point. Mr. Morris was born July 13, 1919, the son of Cliff Cohen Morris and Holmes Bradshaw Morris. Mr. Morris was a native of Wilmington, NC and a veteran of the US Air Force serving as a B-17 Pilot. He was preceded in death by his wife; Evelyn Volk Morris. He is survived by two daughters: Lisa Morris Peeler and her husband, John of Franklinville, Susan Morris Milholland and her husband, Bill of Wilmington; grandchildren: Sarah Milholland of Wilmington, Joel Milholland and his wife, Anna of Winston- Salem, Anna Price of Franklinville, Andrew Price of Honolulu, Hawaii, Casey Peeler of Ocracoke and John Peeler, III of Havelock. Memorial services will be held in Wilmington, NC at a later date.
