Calvin Elkinney Beane

Calvin Elkinney Beane, age 83, of Sophia died Sunday, August 10, 2014 at Randolph Hospice House, Asheboro. Mr. Beane was born November 13, 1930 the son of Ulysses L. and Alma (Todd) Beane. Calvin was a native of Davidson County and retired from Deep River Dye in Randleman. He is survived by four sons: Phillip "Tadpole" Beane and his wife Faye of Randleman, Ricky Beane and his wife Janice of Winston-Salem, Monty Beane and his wife LaDonna of Randleman and Gene Beane and his wife Sharon of Randleman ; two daughters: Linda Davis and her boyfriend, Pat Butler of Randleman, and Lula "Doodie" Ingold and her husband Harvey of Randleman; 12 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild;sisters: Inez Camp of Randleman, and Marie Jenkins of Thomasville; brother: Robert Beane of Randleman. The family will receive friends Tuesday, August 12, 2014 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Pugh Funeral Home, 600 South Main Street, Randleman, NC. The funeral service will be held Wednesday, August 13, 2014 at 11:00 am at Pugh Funeral Home Chapel, 600 South Main Street, Randleman with Rev. Alan Camp officiating.
