Burley May Gray, Sr.

Burley May Gray, Sr., age 88, formerly of Randleman died Saturday, March 21, 2015 at Randolph Health & Rehabilitation, Asheboro. Mr. Gray, Sr. was born December 5, 1926 the son of Ike and Edgner Langley Gray. Mr. Gray was a native of Chatham County and member of Central Fallls Baptist Church. He was a retired security guard for Klopman Mills and Acme McCrary. Mr. Gray was preceded in death by his wife: Elsie Mae Millikan Gray and son: Dwight Gray. He is survived by daughters: Treva Maness and Kathy Gray both of Randleman; sons: Berley "Buster" Gray, Jr. and Mark Gray both of Randleman; granddaughter: Michelle Maness of Randleman; sisters: Bonnie Lou Ritter of Ramseur and Doris Brown of Asheboro; brothers: Issac Gray of Snow Camp, J. W. Gray of Gaston, TX and Charlie Gray of Asheboro. The family will receive friends Tuesday, March 24, 2015 from 1:00 - 2:00 PM at Central Falls Baptist Church, 1332 Old Liberty Rd., Asheboro. The funeral service will follow at 2:00 PM with Rev. Gerald Hussey officiating. Burial will be held at Randolph Memorial Park, Asheboro. Pugh Funeral Home is assisting the Gray Family.
