Brinford Redding Bulla

Brinford Redding Bulla, age 86, of Spring Hill, TN passed away February 19, 2010. Mr. Bulla was a former member of Westover Church in Greensboro, NC, was a U.S. Navy veteran of WWII, a member of Masonic Lodge 552 32nd Degree Mason and a Shriner. He was an active member 1 Lt 3rd SAR Civil Air Patrol, Admin. Officer, Past President of the National Association of Postal Supervisors, local branch for six years, was a member of the Association of Retired Persons and National Association of Retired Federal Employees. Mr. Bulla was preceded in death by his parents, Alfred Bradshaw and Jessie Frances Redding Bulla and grandson, Jedidiah David Bulla. Mr. Bulla is survived by his wife of 62 years, Dorothy Lemon Bulla; sons, Artis Bulla, John Bulla, Bradford Bulla and his wife Tracy Simmons Bulla; daughters, Anne Bulla Byrd and her husband Barry Byrd, Cara Bulla Bowman; brother, Bradford Bulla and his wife, Marie Bulla; 13 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren. The family will receive friends Saturday, February 27, 2010 from 6-8 pm at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Ave., Asheboro. Funeral services will be held 2:00 pm Sunday, February 28, 2010 at Charlotte United Methodist Church with Rev. Barry Lemon officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
