Brenda Gay Adams Farmer, age 65, of Randleman died Monday, February 22, 2016 at Randolph Hospital, Asheboro.
Mrs. Farmer was born October 31, 1950 the daughter of Stanmore Maxie and Annie Vaughn Adams. Brenda was a member of Sophia Baptist Church and retired from Jockey in Randleman. Brenda loved her family but the apple of her eye was her grandchildren.
She is survived by her daughters: Shannon Stockwell and her husband Anthony of Asheboro, and Sherry Currin of Denton; son: Wesley Farmer and his wife Tabitha of Randleman; grandchildren: Kayla, Hunter, and Emmy Farmer, Dustin, Austin and Dalton Varner, Montgomery Wilson, Brandon and Allison Stockwell; sisters: Margaret Hill and her husband Gerald of Bennett, Jeanie Ivey of Randleman, Lynn Davis and her husband Rev. Gene of Reidsville; brother: Butch Adams and his wife Chris of Randleman; and many nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends Thursday, February 25, 2016 from 6:00-8:00 PM at Pugh Funeral Home, 600 South Main Street, Randleman, NC. The funeral service will be held Friday, February 26, 2016 at 11:00 am at Pugh Funeral Home Chapel, , Randleman with Rev. Gene Davis officiating. Burial will follow at Randolph Memorial Park,
