Bonnie Lindsey Vanhuss, age 87, of Randleman died Monday, November 5, 2012 at Randolph Hospice House, Asheboro.
Mrs. Vanhuss was a native of Clinton, Tn. Bonnie was retired from Laughlin Hosiery Mill in Randleman and a member of First Wesleyan Church where she taught Sunday School for many years. She had great love for her family and children. Bonnie is preceded in death by her husband Elmer Vanhuss, and son Eugene Vanhuss.
She is survived by two sons: James Vanhuss and his wife Mata and Leroy Vanhuss both of Randleman; one daughter: Della Marshall and her husband James of Belton, SC; two grandchildren, Shannon Vanhuss and Kim Williams; one great grandchild, Jacob Perkins.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, November 7, 2012 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Pugh Funeral Home, 600 South Main Street, Randleman, NC and other times at the home of James Vanhuss, 3326 Rumbley Pine St., Randleman. The funeral service will be held Thursday, November 8, 2012 at 11:00 am at First Wesleyan Church, 125 Tabernacle St., Randleman with Rev. Don Hurlburt and Rev. Alvin Newcombe officiating. Burial will follow at Red Cross Baptist Church Cemetery, Climax.
