Bobby Lloyd Blake

Bobby Lloyd Blake, age 71, of Autumn Care Of Biscoe, died Thursday, February 17, 2011 at the facility. Mr. Blake was born October 13, 1939 in Richmond County, NC, the son of the late Lloyd and the late Perry Muse Blake. He was a former employee of Burlington Industries. He is survived by two daughters: Renita Goforth and husband Dale, of Troy, Carla Maness and husband Billy, of Troy; brother: Tommy Blake and wife Susan, of Troy; sister: Judy Godsey of Myrtle Beach, SC; grandchildren: Brandon Thompson and wife Megan of Troy, Matthew Thompson, Brittany Maness, Roston Maness, Zach Goforth and Austin Goforth, all of Troy; great-grandchild: Kaylee Thompson of Troy. The family will receive friends Saturday, February 19, 2011 from 6-8 pm at Pugh-Troy Funeral Home, 211 N. Main Street, Troy; other time at the home of Carla and Billy Maness, 2330 NC Hwy 134N, Troy. A Memorial Graveside Service will be held Sunday at 2:00 pm at Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church Cemetery, Morganton Road, Jackson Springs, NC with Rev. Bill Roy officiating.
