Bobby Gene Allen, age 69, of 1931 Wicker Lovell Rd., Randleman died Thursday, August 20, 2009 at Randolph Health & Rehabilitation, Asheboro.Mr. Allen was a native of Bedford VA. He retired from Klopman Mills, and he attended Clearview Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife: Ann Shutz Allen; daughter: Carolyn Oaks of Asheboro; son: David Shutz of Asheboro; sisters: Sandra K. Jarrells of Seagrove, and Janet Darlene Maness of Ramseur; brother: Nelson Allen of Asheboro; 5 Grandchildren, and 1 Great grandchild.The family will receive friends Sunday, August 23, 2009 from 6-8:00 pm at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Avenue, Asheboro, NC. The funeral will be Monday, August 24, 2009 at 11:00 am at Pugh Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jim Wansley officiating. Burial will be in Clearview Baptist Church Cemetery, Franklinville.
