Billy Kay Black

Billy Kay Black, age 56, of 110 Woodline Drive, Troy died Saturday, October 3, 2015 at her residence. Billy Kay was born December 21, 1958 at Madison, Wisconsin, the daughter of William G Perry of Polkton and the late Zelma Feagin Perry. She attended 1st Free Will Baptist Church of Pageland, SC and was an accountant. In addition to her father, she is survived by her husband of 35 years, Mike Black of the home; two daughters: Tabitha Wyland of Laurinburg, Brandi Kittredge of Polkton; and one son: William Travis Perry of Columbia, SC; two sisters: Sunny Gail Keziah of Pageland, SC, Debra Dawn Perry of Charlotte; one brother: William G Perry of Lancaster, SC; 5 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild and many nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Tuesday, October 6, 2015 from 6-8 pm at Pugh-Troy Funeral Home, 211 North Main Street, Troy, NC. A Celebration of life service will immediately follow visitation with Rev. Melvin Keziah officiating. Burial will be in Private. Memorials may be made to Michael A.
