Billy Goins

Billy Goins, age 84, of Asheboro passed away on Saturday, December 17, 2016 at the Randolph Hospice House. Mr. Goins was born in Randolph County on November 10, 1932 to Charles and Amanda Pelfry Goins. Billy served his country in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict where he was the recipient of the Bronze Star. Billy was the President of Sunrise Riggers, Inc. In addition to his parents, Billy was preceded in death by his son, Steve R. Goins and brothers, C.J., George, and Gene Goins. He is survived by his wife, Tomi Sato Goins A private family service will be held. Memorials may be made to the Hospice of Randolph, P.O. Box 9, Asheboro, NC 27204-0009. Pugh Funeral Home in Asheboro is serving the Goins family.
