Billy Hayworth Alcon

William "Billy" Hayworth Alcon, Jr., age 53, of Fairview Farm Road, Asheboro died Friday, January 1, 2010 at Randolph Hospital, Asheboro. Mr. Alcon was born April 1, 1956 in Naples, Italy, the son of William Hayworth and Shirley Underwood Alcon. He was a long time resident of Randolph County. Mr. Alcon was a bondsman for the last 14 years and was a police officer for the city of Asheboro prior to becoming a bondsman. He is survived by his wife: Juanita Alcon, four daughters: Shannon Alcon of Asheboro, NC ; Johonna Alcon, Kristin Ayers and Hayley Ferguson all of the home; two sons: Josh Alcon of Asheboro, NC; Zach Alcon of Lexington, NC,; two grand daughters, Torie Moore and Elisa Moore both of Asheboro, NC; grandson, Ethan Turner of Asheboro, NC, three sisters: Belinda Lambert of Asheboro, NC, Kathi Sewell of Ramseur, NC, Beth Springs of Asheboro, NC and one brother: Steve Alcon of Asheboro, NC, He was preceded in death by his parents William H. and Shirley Underwood Alcon. The family will receive friends Tuesday, January 5th from 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM at Mt. View Independent Methodist Church, 1530 Mt. View Church Rd., Asheboro, NC. The funeral will be Tuesday at 3:00 at Mt. View Independent Methodist Church, with Pastor Brian Hauk officiating. Memorials may be made to Mountain View Independent Methodist Church, 1530 Mt.
