Betty Jo Kime

Betty Jo Lineberry Kime, age 77, of 4187 Mack Lineberry Rd., Franklinville died Wednesday, September 26, 2007 at Randolph Hospital, Asheboro. A private service will be held at a later date. Mrs. Kime was a native of Randolph County, of the Methodist faith and was formerly employed as a secretary with Federal Reserve Bank in Greensboro. She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph Scott and Marjoria Belle Johnson Lineberry and step-son, Robert Kime, Jr. She is survived by her husband, Robert B. Bob Kime; son, W. Keith Kime of the home; step daughter and her husband, Karen K. and Tommy Way of Liberty, NC; step son and his wife, John F. and Candace Kime of Greensboro, NC; step-daughter-in-law, Beverly W. Kime of Climax, NC; 7 step-grandchildren, 5 step-great grandchildren; brother, W. Scott Lineberry of Randleman, NC; several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Friday from 6 - 8 pm at First United Methodist Church in Franklinville, NC. Memorial contributions may be made by befriending a stranger or by standing for something in which you believe. Pugh Funeral Home, Asheboro is in charge of arrangements.
