Betty Sue Davis

Betty Sue Parris Davis born January 28, 1935 the daughter of Oliver and Florrie Parris passed surrounded by family and friends on March 14, 2015 at her home. Betty married James David Davis April 13, 1952 in Chesterfield, SC. She was a loving mother of 3 daughters, Bettina "Tina" Queen, husband Randy, Karen Delucia, husband Chuck and Michelle Maness, husband Shane. She was a treasured Nana to 7 grandchildren, Jade Dawkins, husband Derek, the late Josh Queen, Corey Jones, Jake Queen, wife Samantha, Shannon Lineberry, Maggie Queen, Heather Hunnicutt, husband Jason, Eli Maness, fiancé Darla Underwood; special great granddaughter, Sadie Lyric Dawkins; sisters, Ann Lineberry and Brenda Treants. In addition to her parents Betty is preceded in death by sisters, Irene Clubb and Charlotte Ogletree, brothers, Reed, Troy, Warren and Roger Parris. The family will receive friends on Sunday, March 15, 2015 from 6:00-8:00 PM at Pugh Funeral Home, 600 South Main Street in Randleman. The funeral service will be held on Monday, March 16, 2015 at 11:00 AM at the Pugh Funeral Home Chapel, 600 South Main Street in Randleman with Rev. Hugh C. Spaulding officiating. Burial will follow at Randolph Memorial Park, Asheboro.
