Betty Harris Burrow

Betty Harris Burrow, age 80, of Ramseur passed away on Tuesday, October 23, 2018 at Autumn Care Nursing & Rehabilitation in Biscoe.

Mrs. Burrow was born in Candor, NC on November 10, 1937 to Elsie and Bessie Boyd Harris. Betty was formerly employed in the textile industry. She was a member of Franklinville Wesleyan Church. In addition to her parents, Betty was preceded in death by her husband, Worth Burrow, 3 brothers, and 1 sister. Betty enjoyed taking care of her dogs and birds. She enjoyed being with her family and her many friends. She loved her church family and was active in church activities until her health declined.

She is survived by her sister, Louise Dale of Biscoe; and nephew, Ralph Dale, Jr. and wife Claudia of Concord.

The family will receive friends on Friday, October 26, 2018 from 1:00-2:00 pm at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Avenue in Asheboro. Funeral services will follow on Friday at 2:00 pm at the Pugh Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Ralph Dale, Jr. officiating. Burial will be held in the Mt. Tabor Community Church Cemetery.
