Bernice Martin Bondurant

Bernice Martin Bondurant, age 84, of 1837 Pine Grove Dr., Asheboro died Tuesday, September 18, 2007 at her home. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, September 20, 2007 at 2:00 PM at the Pugh Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. A. J. Kendrick officiating. Burial will follow in the White Oak Baptist Church Cemetery in Star, NC. Mrs. Bondurant was a native of Montgomery County, was a homemaker, and was preceded in death by her daughter, Nancy B. Simmons. She is survived by her husband of 68 years, Russell Bondurant; sisters, Elaine Risk of Laurinburg, NC, Mary Davidson of Asheboro, NC, Barbara Beck of Asheboro, NC; grandchildren, Russ Ann Cook of Goldsboro, NC; Mary L. Wiggins of Goldsboro, NC; Joseph Parrish Simmons of Goldsboro, NC; great grandchildren, Kenneth Wiggins, Mary Grace Wiggins and Taylor Cook. The family will receive friends Wednesday, September 19, 2007 from 6:00-8:00 PM at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Ave., Asheboro. Memorials may be made to Hospice of Randolph, P.O.
