Bera Lou Small

Bera Lou Shaw Small, age 83, of Randleman died Wednesday, December 30, 2015 at Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital, Greensboro. Mrs. Small was born December 24, 1932 the daughter of George F. and Virginia Carter Shaw. Bera was a native of Randolph County and she retired from The Charlotte Country Day School. In addition to her parents, Bera is preceded in death by her husband Don B. Davis and sister Willadean Shaw Garner. She is survived by her husband: Gene F. Small of the home; daughter: Joyce Davis Harkins of Hilton Head Island, SC; son: George Brian Davis and his wife Patricia of Concord; granddaughter, MaryElla Grace Harkins; step daughters, Vicki Johnston of Pleasant Garden and Kristi Beaton of Maryville, TN.; brother: Sherrill Shaw of Randleman. The family will receive friends Friday, January 1, 2016 from 4:30 - 6:30 at Pugh Funeral Home, 600 South Main Street, Randleman, NC. A graveside service will be at 2:30 Saturday, January 2, 2015 at Randolph Memorial Park. The funeral service will be held Saturday, January 2, 2015 at 3:30 at First United Methodist Church, 301 S. Main St., Randleman with Rev. Jenna Grogan officiating.
