Benjamin Franklin Bulla, age 88, of Randleman died Monday, March 21, 2016 at Brookdale Senior Living Solutions Of Asheboro
Ben was born May 20, 1927 the son of Herbert Franklin and Lessie Langley Bulla.
Ben was a native of Guilford County and served in the US Navy in WWII. He retired from J.D Wilkins Company after 42 years of service. In addition to his parents, Ben is preceded in death by his wife, Shirley Marie Pugh Bulla; brothers: Floyd, David, Clarence and R.J Bulla; sisters: Xurada Miller, Dorothy Moorefield and Lois Keaton.
He is survived by his daughters: Susan Bulla of Randleman, Martha Stone (Roland) of Kernersville, and Brenda Johnson (Don) of Gold Hill; grandchildren: Bo Johnson (Denise) of Gold Hill, Kelly Farmer (Daniel) of Denton, Dennis Stone (Megan) of High Point and Curtis Stone of Greensboro; great grandchildren: Colin, Olivia Grace and Sarah Elizabeth Johnson and David Allen Farmer; sisters: Judy Forbis of Greensboro, Florabelle Mesimore of Greensboro, Mozelle Lewis of Lilburn, Ga., and Mary Key of Greensboro; brothers: Joe Bulla of Greer, SC., and Bill Bulla of Gulf Breeze, Fl.
The family will receive friends Thursday, March 24, 2016 from 6:00-8:00 PM at Pugh Funeral Home, 600 South Main Street, Randleman, NC. The funeral service will be held Friday, March 25, 2016 at 11:00 am at Glenwood Friends Meeting, 2400 Old Chapman Street, Greensboro with Tim Grant officiating. Burial will follow at Guilford Memorial Park, Greensboro.
