Barbara Glover Russell

Barbara Glover Russell, age 76, of 100 Country Valley Ct., Apex died Friday, May 7, 2010 at her home. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, May 11, 2010 at 11:00 AM at the Pugh Funeral Home Chapel with Minister Dane Waggner and Minister Gary Selby officiating. Burial will follow in Oaklawn Cemetery. Mrs. Russell was a native of Asheboro and was a graduate of Woman's College in Greensboro. She was retired from Randolph Electric Membership Corporation and was a member of Meadowbrook Road Church of Christ. Barbara was preceded in death by her husbands, James Fowler Glover and J.T. Russell, and her brother, Charles Way. She is survived by her daughter, Sarah Glover of Apex, NC; grandson, Nathan Glover of Apex, NC; stepson, Joe Russell of Franklinville, NC; stepson, Terry Russell of Asheboro, NC; brother, David Way of Dallas, TX. The family will receive friends on Monday, May 10, 2010 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Avenue, Asheboro, NC.
