Barbara Starling Morton

Barbara Starling Morton, age 45, of 2704 Burney Rd., Asheboro died Tuesday, April 13, 2010 at Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital, Greensboro. Funeral services will be held Friday, April 16, 2010 at 2:00 pm at Liberty Fellowship Church with Pastor Jamie Draughn officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Mrs. Morton was a native of Monroe, a homemaker and attended Liberty Fellowship Church. She is survived by her husband, Vernon Morton; sons, Jeremy Allen of Randleman, Jason Morton of Asheboro; father, Walt Starling of Randleman; grandchildren, Alex Furr, Alliegh Mae Morton; sisters, Janet Garcia of Asheboro, Wanda Flinchum of Randleman, Mindy Garrett of Liberty; brothers, Jerry Starling of Asheboro, Mitchell Starling of Asheboro. The family will receive friends Thursday, April 15, 2010 from 6 to 8 pm at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Avenue, Asheboro, NC.
