Ardele Covington Reynolds

Ardele Covington Reynolds, age 80, of Love Joy Rd, Troy died Wednesday, April 30, 2014 at FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital, Pinehurst. Ardele was born April 3, 1934 at Richmond County, NC, the daughter of Judson and Mozelle Warner Covington. She was a member of Love Joy United Methodist Church and retired employee of Fruit of the Loom. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband of thirty years, Paul Bernard Reynolds. She is survived by three daughters: Fena Callicutt and husband, Todd of Troy, Kathy Elliott and husband, Larry of Star, Joy Hannah and husband, Rodney of Troy; four sisters: Josephine Russell and husband, Bob(deceased) of Ellerbe, Shirley Blake and husband, Don of Troy, Virginia Burrough and husband, Gene of Mt. Gilead, Vicki Octyun and husband, John of Ellerbe; three brothers: Alton Covington and wife, Doris of Mt. Gilead, Oswald Covington and wife, Agnes of Aberdeen, Curtis Covington and wife, Belle of Candor; grandchildren: Paula C Lucas, Tyler Hurley, Daniel Hurley; Stacy Dunn; Great-grandchildren, Owen and Connor Lucas. The family will receive friends Saturday, May 3, 2014 from 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM at Love Joy United Methodist Church, 1137 Substation Rd, Troy. The funeral will follow at 11:00 AM with Rev.
