Annie Bett Cagle

Annie Bett Cagle, age 100, formerly of 175 Laurel Hill Lane, Candor passed away Tuesday, January 26,2016 at Autumn Care Nursing & Rehabilitation, Biscoe. Miss Cagle was born July 12, 1915 at Montgomery County, NC, the daughter of Samuel R and Bettie Poole Cagle. She was a member of Laurel Hill Baptist Church and a homemaker. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her siblings: Alma Metta Cagle, Lola Wincey Cagle, Alexander Franklin Cagle, Elsie Lee Cagle, Ava Etta Cagle Clark, Pauline Gertrude Cagle Kennedy and Claude Cagle. She is survived by one niece and five nephews: Betty Jane Hall (Bobby), Roger Kennedy (Judy), Eldridge Clark (Peggy) Arnold Clark (Carol), Huey Clark and Chester Clark. The family will receive friends Saturday, January 30, 2016 from 10:00 am - 11:00 am at Laurel Hill Baptist Church, 1569 Troy Candor Rd., Candor; other times at the home of Roger and Judy Kennedy. The funeral service will immediately follow at 11L00 am with Rev. Wayne VunCannon and Rev. Grady Blakely officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
