Alma Kay Eaton Taylor, age 67, of Asheboro died Friday, April 26, 2013 at Randolph Hospice House, Asheboro.
She was a native of Forsyth County and employed with Randolph Health and Rehabilitation Center. She was a loving mother, sister, grandmother and aunt. Kay was a kind, always giving and helping others. She enjoyed the outdoors, shopping for antiques and going to the beach. She loved the Lord and was of the Baptist faith. Kay was preceded in death by her parents, Gil William and Dixie Pyrtle Eaton; step-daughter, Debbie Sue Taylor and brother, Daniel Nathan Eaton.
She is survived by one son: Michael Shawn Williamson of Randleman, NC; sister: Patricia Eaton Ray and husband Gary Ray of Asheboro, NC; brother: Gid William Eaton, Jr. of Asheboro, NC; step-daughters: Elizabeth Ann Taylor and Lillian Marie Taylor of Trinity, NC; granddaughter, Shawna Williamson, 2 nieces, 4 nephews and 3 great nephews.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, May 1, 2013 from 12 noon - 1:30 PM at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Avenue, Asheboro, NC. The graveside service will follow at 2 pm at Randolph Memorial Park, 4538 US Hwy 220 Bus. North, Asheboro.
