Allene Joyce Moody Ritter, age 75, of 3117 Rainbow Loop, Asheboro died Tuesday, July 16, 2013 at her home. The family will receive friends on Friday, July 19, 2013 from 12:00 - 2:00 PM at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Avenue, Asheboro, NC. Funeral services will follow on Friday at 2:00 PM at the Pugh Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jody Harrison officiating. Burial will be in Oaklawn Cemetery. Mrs. Ritter was a native of Lee County, VA and was retired from Black & Decker. She was preceded in death by her husband Paul Franklin Ritter and son Roger Dale Ritter. Allene was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. This woman wore many hats in her life. She has lived for caring for her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. To her great grandchildren, there was nothing like "their Bah." She was their everything as they were to her. She is survived by her daughters, Frankie Routh and her husband Jeff of Asheboro and Pam Fields and her fiancé Wesley Green of Asheboro; daughter-in-law, Kelly Ritter of Denton; grandchildren, Brandy Baker and her husband Michael, Angela Shue and her husband Daniel, Courtney McLean, Troy McLean, Samantha Shupe and her husband Patrick, and Shayna Ritter; great grandchildren, MaKayla, MaKenzie, and Greyson Shue, Brady Dale Baker, Aliya and MaKinna McLean; brothers, Aubra Moody and his wife Linda of Asheboro and Randell Moody and his wife Pat of Troy.
