Albert Douglas Stephenson

Albert Douglas “Doug” Stephenson, age 77 of Randleman died Thursday, October 18, 2018 in Jefferson, GA.

Mr. Stephenson was born March 17, 1941 in Smithfield, NC, the son of Raeford and Mazie Maulden Stephenson.  He served in the U.S. Air Force and was the co-owner of Double S Enterprises, Inc. of Asheboro.

He is survived by his wife, Barbara Hall Stephenson;  sons, Randy Stephenson and his wife Teresa and Matt Stephenson of Randleman; grandchildren, Kyle Stephenson and his wife Michelle of Moundsville, WV, Kristian Tanzola and her husband Danny of Randleman, Kaitlyn Murdock and her husband Britt  of Trinity, Micah Stephenson of Randleman,  Brayden Stephenson of Randleman, and Shaelyn Lucas of Randleman; Great grandchildren, Daniel, Madilynn, Ryder, Kylie, and Fletcher;  sister, Sue Williams of Garner and brother, Ricky Stephenson of Cedar Point.

The family will receive friends Wednesday, October 24, 2018 from 6 to 8 PM at Pugh Funeral Home, 600 South Main Street, Randleman, NC.  Funeral services will be held Thursday, October 25, 2018 at 11:00 at Pugh Funeral Home Chapel, 600 South Main Street, Randleman with Rev. Michael Brady officiating. Burial will follow at Randolph Memorial Park in Asheboro.
