Ada Callahan Perry

Ada Callahan Perry, age 78, of Asheboro died Monday, January 19, 2015 at Randolph Health & Rehabilitation. Mrs. Perry was born January 6, 1937 in Dobson to William Edgar "Bill" and Mary Gillispie Callahan. She was retired from General Electric of Asheboro. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Perry was preceded in death by her husband, Charlie E. Perry, son, Michael D. Perry, brother, J. C. Callahan and sister, Ilene Marion. She is survived by her grandchildren, Tiffany Perry of Greensboro, Mitchell Perry of Asheboro; great grandchild, Gabe; sisters, Bonnie McGee of Burlington, Venar Jones of Burlington, Sadie Callahan of Henderson, Mazie Branson of Graham; brothers, William F. Callahan of Asheboro, Deanie (Dean) Callahan of Asheboro. The family will receive friends Wednesday, January 21, 2015 from 6 - 8 PM at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Avenue, Asheboro. Funeral services will be held Thursday, January 22, 2015 at 2:00 PM at Pugh Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Howard McNeill officiating. Burial will be in Charlotte United Methodist Church Cemetery.
