Michael Stephen “Mike” King, age 64, of Asheboro died Wednesday, October 3, 2018 at Randolph Hospice House.

Mike was a native of Baltimore, MD and was owner of King’s Plumbing.  He coached softball for several years in the Seagrove area and loved to hunt and trout fish in his spare time.  Mike was preceded in death by his father, Grayson T. King and grandson, Carter Brundage.

He is survived by daughters, Kelly Robbins and husband Michael, Allison King and Katie King all of Asheboro; grandchildren, Ean and Eli, Kalee and Jonas, Payton; mother, Hazel King of Asheboro; brother, Curtis J King of Asheboro.

The family will receive friends Sunday, October 7, 2018 from 6-8 pm at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Ave., Asheboro and other times at the home of Michael and Kelly Robbins.  Funeral services will be held Monday, October 8, 2018 at 11:00 am in the Pugh Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Johnny Henderson officiating.  Burial will be in High Pine Wesleyan Church Cemetery, Asheboro.

The family request memorials be made to Hospice of Randolph, P.O. Box 9, Asheboro, NC 27204-0009.
