Lindsay "Megan" Whitt

Lindsay "Megan" Whitt, age 34, of Randleman died Monday, January 20, 2020 at Wesley Long Community Hospital, Greensboro. Megan was a graduate from Randleman High School. She loved everyone and had a heart of gold. Megan enjoyed listening to music, making crafts, animals and going to the beach. Megan is preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Pascal and Bessie McFarland, maternal grandparents, Sherman and Susie Kearns. She is survived by her daughter, Freedom Ryan Atkins of Randleman; parents, Rick and Ruth Whitt of Randleman; brother, Chad Whitt of Randleman; niece, Justice Whitt; nephew, Jaxton Whitt. The family will receive friends Wednesday, January 22, 2020 from 6 to 8 PM at Pugh Funeral Home, 600 South Main Street, Randleman, and other times at the home of Rick and Ruth Whitt. The funeral service will be held Thursday, January 23, 2020 at 1:00 pm at Bethel Baptist Church, 4836 Robbins Circle Rd., Asheboro with Dr. Jody Harrison and pastor Brian Cole officiating. Burial will follow at Randolph Memorial Park, Asheboro.
