Geoffrey John Krueck

Geoffrey John Krueck, age 18, of Sophia died Wednesday, August 9, 2017.

Geoffrey was a native of Randolph County and graduated from Randleman High School, Class of 2017. He was a former member of BSA Scout Troop #531 sponsored by First United Methodist Church of Randleman where he attained the rank of Life Scout. He touched a lot of life's at such a young age and was always doing for others before himself. Geoffrey is preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, George Krueck.

He is survived by his mother: Jenny Sumner (Tracey) of High Point; father: Geoffrey Edmund Krueck (Jess) of Sophia; brother: Austin Agner Ashley) of Randleman; maternal grandmother, Sydney Higgins (friend Curt) of Hardy, VA; paternal grandmother, Marjorie Krueck of Sophia; uncle, Danny Bush (Dawn) of Roanoke, VA; special aunt , LuLu of Roanoke, VA., and uncle Jeff and aunt Carol Jefferson; niece and nephew; numerous cousins and dear friends.

The family will receive friends Tuesday, August 15, 2017 from 6:00-8:00 PM at Pugh Funeral Home, 600 South Main Street, Randleman, NC. The funeral service will be held Wednesday, August 16, 2017 at 2:00 pm at First United Methodist Church, 301 S. Main St., Randleman with Rev. Jenna Grogan officiating. Burial will follow at Randolph Memorial Park, Asheboro.
