Jane Shaw Rutledge, age 73, of Randleman went home to be with the Lord, Sunday, April 30, 2017.

Mrs. Rutledge was born October 15, 1943 the daughter of Forrest Mayberry and Jennie Ruth McCollum Shaw. Jane was a native of Randolph County and a member of First Baptist Church in Randleman. She retired from Teleflex in Randleman. Jane was a great mom and grandmother, and even a better friend. She will be greatly missed. Jane is preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by her sons: Leon Rutledge (Shannon) of Randleman, Mark Rutledge (Laura) of Randleman, and Chris Rutledge of Randleman; 5 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; boyfriend, Richard Whiteman; brother, Forrest "Buck" Shaw, Jr. of Asheboro.

The family will receive friends Tuesday, May 2, 2017 from 6:00-8:00 PM at Pugh Funeral Home, 600 South Main Street, Randleman, NC. The funeral service will be held Wednesday, May 3, 2017 at 2:00 pm at First Baptist Church, 100 North Main Street, Randleman with Rev. Chris Heppding and Rev. Kenneth Reaves officiating. Burial will follow at Randolph Memorial Park, Asheboro.
