Jimmy Marvin Lucas

Jimmy Marvin Lucas, age 64, of Asheboro passed away on Saturday, December 3, 2016 at Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital in Greensboro. Mr. Lucas was a native of Randolph County and employed with Klaussner Furniture of Asheboro. Jimmy was a U.S. Army Veteran and was preceded in death by his parents, John and Ottie Glasgow Lucas. He is survived by his daughters, Loretta Lucas and Jennifer Lucas both of Mebane; sisters, Linda Tesh of Asheboro, Janet Tysor and husband Jimmy of Siler City and Betty Phipps and husband Larry of Wilmington; former wife, Esther Lucas of Mebane; and several nieces and nephews The family will receive friends on Sunday, February 5, 2017 from 2:00-4:00 pm at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Ave., Asheboro.
