Dr. Gregory Nelson Ervin

Dr. Gregory Nelson Ervin, age 66, of Asheboro died Monday, June 27, 2016 at Randolph Hospital. Dr. Ervin was born in Duluth, Minnesota on November 22, 1949 to Francis and Shirley "Lee" Nelson Ervin. He was employed with SK Corporation and was the Founder and Medical Director of the Turn-A-Frown Around Foundation. Dr. Ervin was a member of the Church of Latter Day Saints and was preceded in death by his mother and brother, Douglas Allen Ervin. He is survived by his son, Seth Ervin of Salt Lake City, UT; father, Francis Allen Ervin of Asheboro, NC; and sister, Laurie Hunt of Asheboro, NC A memorial service will be held at a later date.
